All word processing is prepared in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect.  There is no additional cost for using this service.

Turnaround time is generally 24-36 hours for small to medium sized jobs. As a general guideline, it takes 3-4 hours to transcribe one hour of data depending on the quality of the recording.
